The PESCAR Student Council is the premier student-governing body of the College of Physical Education, Sports, Culture, Arts, and Recreation, dedicated to cultivating student leadership, championing student welfare, and amplifying the voices of the PESCARian community.

Anchored in the values of service, excellence, creativity, and inclusivity, the Council envisions a progressive and empowered student body that thrives in academic, cultural, athletic, and socio-civic endeavors.

Through proactive representation and dynamic initiatives, the PESCAR Student Council serves as the bridge between students, faculty, and administration—building a culture of unity, passion, and meaningful action.
