Since its establishment in 1984, the Education Student Council (ESC) of West Visayas State University - Main Campus has been the official governing body of education students, upholding a legacy of leadership, service, integrity, and excellence.

The ESC is committed to ensuring that every Taga-Ed is heard, supported, and empowered, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and values necessary for the teaching profession. Since 2018, it has been recognized as a UNESCO-accredited club, offering meaningful programs, initiatives, and partnerships that promote holistic development.
