The College of Dentistry Student Council, also known as CODSC, is an elected organization that serves as the highest policy and decision-making body within the WVSU - College of Dentistry.

Through local and national campaigns, activities, and services, the group's core objective is to provide exceptional service to its fellow students and the community. The purpose of providing a means for student expression is to allow the students to exercise their academic freedom and apply educational methods and assistance in school affairs and activities, give opportunities for student experience in leadership and encourage student, faculty, and community relations.

The student-leaders in the CODSC will serve as both student-leaders and future professionals and are committed to upholding the WVSU - College of Dentistry's creed: "Practicing Excellency, Creating a Legacy."
