The CICT Student Council is the duly elected official governing body of the College of Information and Communications Technology, West Visayas State University. As elected leaders, the Council is geared to act in the interests, welfare, and development of the CICT students in enhancing leadership, cooperation, and academic excellence.

In accordance with the College's vision for future-ready, globally competitive ICT professionals, the Council actively engages in conducting related programs, promoting the cause for the protection of the rights of the students, and setting up liaison between the college administration and the students. The Council fosters an open, progressive environment conducive to nurturing innovation, critical thinking, and individual growth.

As technology continues to revolutionize economies, societies, and our way-of-life, the CICT Student Council equips students to tackle the challenges of today's digital era - to not be simply skilled professionals but ethical leaders in today's tech-driven world.
