    MICROBIA is a non-stock, non-profit student organization under the College of Arts and Sciences at West Visayas State University. Driven by a passion for scientific discovery, MICROBIA serves as a hub for advancing knowledge in microbiology, preparatory medicine, biotechnology, and allied fields.

    Through dynamic symposiums, thought-provoking forums, impactful publications, and engaging discussions, MICROBIA cultivates a culture of scientific curiosity and collaboration among its members. The organization is committed to empowering students by promoting education in microbiology, fostering critical investigation, and enhancing meaningful connections within the scientific community.

    With an ambitious vision to become the premier Biology Students' Society in the university and the region, MICROBIA is dedicated to disseminating scientific knowledge and contributing to societal progress. Together, its members aim to inspire and create a future in the evolution of micro-dreams to macro-realities.
